Description:
The ground is build up by a compact housing, which is along the streets. In the courtyard are separate apartment blocks. Compact housing has small flats. In the courtyard there are located terraces and a loggia. The roof is in some parts adapted for residential purposes. On the ground floor services and shops are designed. The blocks are arranged in a way that they don't overshadow surrounding buildings. Parking is solved in the underground section and it is connected to apartment block.
